Job Summary
Largo Resort is seeking a Marketing & Sales Wedding Specialist to manage wedding sales, event bookings, and guest experience at our boutique waterfront resort. This role focuses on lead response, sales conversion, wedding tours, CRM tracking, and front-desk support, including guest check-in and check-out.
Ideal for candidates with experience in wedding sales, event coordination, hospitality sales, or hotel front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to wedding and event inquiries (email, phone, CRM)
- Conduct wedding tours and site visits
- Present wedding packages and close event contracts
- Follow up with leads to maximize sales conversion
- Coordinate with wedding planners, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with front desk operations, guest check-in and check-out
- Support marketing outreach for weddings and group events
- Track leads, contracts, and payments in booking systems
- Maintain excellent guest service standards
Qualifications
- Experience in wedding sales, event sales, hospitality, hotel sales, or front desk operations
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a boutique hotel or resort environment
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with Cloudbeds software is a plus
