Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Adult Daycare Marketer to promote our adult day health services and drive client enrollment through Medicaid Waiver programs. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for a self-starter with established referral relationships and strong knowledge of Medicaid-funded long-term care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
- Case managers
- Social workers
- Medicaid Waiver providers
- Hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
- Educate referral sources and families about our adult daycare services and eligibility requirements
- Identify and enroll Medicaid Waiver participants who qualify for adult day services
- Conduct outreach, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners
- Track referrals, admissions, and enrollment outcomes
- Represent the organization professionally in the community
- Stay current on Medicaid Waiver guidelines and program changes
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Medicaid Waiver programs (required)
- Background in healthcare marketing, case management, or social services
- Strong understanding of adult daycare or long-term care services
- Existing referral network preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service area
Preferred Experience:
- Adult Day Health Care (ADHC)
- Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
- Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
- Marketing healthcare services to Medicaid populations
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay per enrolled client
