Are you interested in analyzing data to find trends and draw conclusions? Would you like to build a skillset that allows you to analyze and present investment opportunities? Curious how environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors are incorporated into the investment process? Looking to develop or expand your financial modeling skills? The two-year rotational program will include rotations across our Investment Grade, Non-Investment Grade, and Multi Sector strategies. Opportunities within the teams will span across credit research, trading and portfolio analyst positions.
What to Expect: Receive training and mentorship from experienced investment professionals while expanding your knowledge of markets and the economy. Partner with portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders to perform in-depth industry and company research, analyze and optimize portfolios and learn how to take risk through trades. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidates with a strong academic record in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related STEM degree.
- Spring/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduates. Recent graduates and those who are early in their career will also be considered.
- Hungry, proactive, and avid learner with strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated knowledge of curiosity about fixed income analytics and markets.
- Solid experience in the development and construction of formula-drive spreadsheets such as Excel, including pivot tables and macros. Experience in coding or scripting languages a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work successfully across the Fixed Income platform and the Firm.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $95,000-$95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
