Inside Sales Representative – Countertop Industry
Overview
We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our growing countertop business. This role focuses on inbound and outbound B2B sales, account management, and lead follow-up using phone, email, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate is organized, sales-driven, and comfortable handling multiple accounts while supporting revenue growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from contractors, builders, designers, and retail clients
- Make outbound sales calls to follow up on leads, quotes, and inactive accounts
- Qualify leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing, and orders
- Manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate
- Enter, track, and update all sales activity in CRM systems (Monday.com, Stone Profit Systems, or similar)
- Provide product knowledge, pricing, availability, and basic technical support to customers
- Coordinate with production, scheduling, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Track open orders, resolve customer issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Assist management with sales reports, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service–driven sales roles
- Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of customer interactions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Sales experience in countertops, stone, construction, or related industries is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
