Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer
On Site Work
Contract Length: 12+ Month contract
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202
Pay: 61 an hr on W2
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong front-end and back-end expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks, front-end technologies, and cloud-native development practices. Exposure to Generative AI technologies is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework
- Front-end experience with React or Angular
- Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
- Strong understanding of modern software development best practices
- Experience working in agile environments
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications
- Build reliable unit and integration tests to ensure application stability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements
Pay: $61.00 per hour
