Everybody Shines Productions, LLC is a newly formed independent film, television, and documentary production company preparing to launch its first major original film. Before production begins, we are currently filming a proof-of-concept documentary for networks that showcases our upcoming competitive TV series titled Casting the Crew. This is not a traditional job placement. This is an audition-based opportunity for creatives who want to showcase their skills on a public platform and be considered for long-term projects.
About the Project
Casting the Crew follows two teams of actors and behind-the-scenes creatives—including set designers, camera operators, makeup artists, and other crew members—as they compete in a series of weekly challenges and showcases.
The goal:
To determine which team will earn the opportunity to work on and be credited in our first major independent film.
How the Process Works
. Applicants will be reviewed and selected for auditions and interviews
. Selected participants will be featured in our documentary, capturing the creative process and groundwork
. Participants who advance will appear on our official podcast, streaming exclusively on our EBS streaming platform
. The documentary and podcast serve as a proof-of-concept pitch to television network.
.Once the TV series is picked up by a network, participants will receive stipends funded by the network during Season One
Compensation & Incentives:
Auditions are unpaid
Participants selected through the full competition and TV series will:
. Work on our first major independent film
. Receive 2% revenue participation from the film’s performance on the EBS streaming platform Revenue participation is paid for one (1) year
All terms will be outlined in a formal contract to ensure transparency, professionalism, and payment protection

Set Designers who:
. Are creative, reliable, and collaborative
. Can design and adapt sets creatively within independent production environment
. Want exposure, experience, and long-term growth—not just a one-day gig
. Are comfortable being filmed as part of a documentary and competitive series
