Key Responsibilities
- CAD Design & Maturation: Generate and mature high-fidelity design definitions for spacecraft components using PTC CREO.
- Structural Development: Develop design artifacts for both primary structures (main chassis/frames) and secondary structures (brackets, mounts, and enclosures).
- Model-Based Design (MBD): Generate and maintain MBD data packages, ensuring all digital definitions are compliant with industry standards.
- Design Reviews: Prepare and review data packages for completeness as they progress through the design lifecycle.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including thermal, electrical, and systems engineering—to ensure integrated mission success.
- Collaboration: Work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure all hardware meets stringent spaceflight requirements.
