Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations, you will be an integral part of the HR Technology department supporting innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $95/hr depending on years of experience
What's the Job?
- Design, architect, and build Workday Extend applications and integrations in the HCM space
- Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions
- Contribute to architecture discussions and provide input on integration approach and Extend build patterns
- Participate in architecture reviews and design discussions to ensure scalable and efficient solutions
- Support continuous improvement of Workday integrations and applications to meet evolving business needs
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
- Advanced experience with Workday Extend (custom applications, API integrations)
- Strong experience with Workday Studio integrations
- Solid understanding of HCM functional areas (at least one: Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance Management)
- Strong problem-solving and technical judgment skills
