We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gibraltar, MI. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will leverage your expertise in Lean Manufacturing Principles and Blueprint Reading to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement. - Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on best practices and new processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive improvements.
- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
