We’re looking for a CRM Automation & AI Systems Specialist to own our customer-facing automation today and help lead the rollout of AI tools and workflows across the company. This role is hands-on, practical, and impact-driven , not theoretical AI work. This position is based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania.
What You’ll Own:
CRM & Customer Journey Automation
- Build and optimize CRM workflows (lead nurture, abandoned cart, post-purchase follow-ups)
- Automate order-status communications via email and SMS (“shipped,” “delayed,” “ready for pickup”)
- Reduce friction from quote ? purchase using dynamic tools, triggers, and follow-ups
- Identify customer drop-off points and implement automation to improve conversion and retention
AI Systems Implementation & Enablement
- Identify, implement, and maintain AI tools that support sales, operations, customer service, and internal teams
- Integrate AI systems into existing CRM, ERP, and operational workflows
- Develop clear documentation, standards, and best practices for AI usage
- Train departments on how to effectively and responsibly use AI tools in their daily work
- Serve as the internal go-to resource for automation and AI adoption
Integrations & Tools
- Manage SaaS vendors and integrations (Zapier/Make, Twilio, Stripe webhooks, CRM platforms)
- Build and maintain automation logic using custom code where needed
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and scalable architecture
You’re a Fit If You
- Have 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM platforms
- Have built 10+ complex workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Are comfortable with JavaScript in CRM custom code and/or Python scripting
- Enjoy digging into workflows to find where customers or employees get stuck — and fixing it
- Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
