Eliette/No.3 Fine Jewelry are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support both brands as we continue to grow. This role is ideal for someone creative, highly organized, and energized by the fast-moving nature of a small business. You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, helping bring brand strategy to life through social media, content creation, and day-to-day marketing execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who’s excited to wear multiple hats, adapt quickly, and contribute ideas while also executing with care and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for both No.3 Fine Jewelry and Eliette, including:
- Content planning and scheduling
- Caption writing and community engagement
- Staying on top of trends and platform best practices
- Create, edit, and capture content, including photo and video (iPhone and camera-based)
- Assist on photoshoots:
- On-set support
- Capturing behind-the-scenes and supplemental content
- Helping with organization and shot lists
- Support e-commerce management, including:
- Product uploads, organization, price adjustments, etc
- Image selection and content updates
- Help keep marketing assets organized across platforms and internal systems
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager on campaign execution, launches, and brand initiatives
- Pitch creative ideas and help execute them from concept to posting
Who You Are
- Based in San Francisco and available for full-time, in-person work
- Have an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset—you’re proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with the flow of a small business and adaptable as priorities shift
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident creating content for social media and comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera
- Passionate about branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Interested in fashion, jewelry, or creative industries (big plus)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Photography and content creation skills are a must
- Strong video-editing skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
- Ability to juggle multiple projects across two brands
- Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
