Thrive Web Designs, located in beautiful Boise, Idaho, is currently hiring for a Junior Web Developer/Website Support Specialist position.
Our team player will work closely with clients and other web development/website maintenance staff to accomplish website edits, revisions, and security updates, QA completed tasks, and assist with website development projects and technical issues on a daily basis, all while strengthening our stellar reputation - built on superior client service.
The preeminently qualified candidate for this position will be a hard-working, self-motivated team player possessing an intrinsic drive to complete tasks quickly and efficiently while ensuring superior work quality.
Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WordPress development is a must. Applicants must also be familiar with current web design best-practices, and be willing to switch gears in a fast-paced work environment to support other internal teams as needed.
Experience using Elementor Pro and Monday.com Work OS is a plus, but not required. This position is an entry, but there is a ton of upward mobility opportunity for the right candidate.

Compensation: $45-$55k DOE.
