Position Overview
Marketing Coordinator to support our team. Reporting directly to the principal/owner, this position will play a critical role in creating content and driving execution of marketing initiatives, and working with client contacts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, combined with a knack for creative content production.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging B2B content across social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) for various clients.
- Manage CRM data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).
- Support marketing projects, email campaigns, and client communications.
- Protect client trust and brand integrity by carefully managing confidential information, avoiding overlap in messaging or visuals, and ensuring all materials are tailored to each client’s distinct brand identity.
- Content Production: copywriting, digital asset graphic design and web design editing.
- Project management: coordinating specialized graphic design, video, and web design projects.
Required Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or similar B2B marketing role
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing social media content for professional or B2B brands, including LinkedIn and at least one additional platform
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different client brands and audiences
- Experience managing marketing projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot or comparable) including contact management, segmentation, and basic reporting
- Experience coordinating or collaborating with graphic designers, video editors, or web developers to execute marketing assets
- High attention to detail and experience handling confidential or sensitive client information
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously while maintaining brand accuracy and consistency

Additional Information
- Introductory Period: This position includes a 60-day introductory period during which performance, role fit, and workload alignment will be evaluated by both Striker Craft and the employee. Employment may be ended by either party during this period without cause or notice.
- At-Will Employment: Employment with Striker Craft is at-will. Either the employee or Striker Craft may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
