Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior B2B Email Marketing Specialist to own outbound and lifecycle email campaigns for B2B clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role for an experienced email marketer who understands strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
You’ll manage timelines and scope, coordinate internally, and participate in occasional client calls for strategy or performance alignment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Create and manage outbound email sequences using LemList
- Own timelines, priorities, and deliverables for multiple campaigns
- Control scope and proactively manage changes or new requests
- Coordinate internally with PMs, copy, and leadership
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate for better results
- Track work and timelines in Asana
- Communicate internally via Slack
- Use ChatGPT to improve copy, ideation, and efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B email marketing experience
- Experience managing outbound email campaigns and sequences
- Hands-on experience with LemList (or similar tools)
- Strong writing and messaging skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Agency or client-services experience
- Lead generation or outbound sales campaign experience
