Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Devising long-term development strategies for product categories
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand marketing.
- Demonstrated success in marketing strategy, planning, and new product development.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from initial concept through to market launch across multiple categories.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Evaluate the profitability and viability of current and future product lines; generate reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Support the development and execution of short-term new product development (NPD) initiatives aligned with long-term brand vision and business objectives.
- Develop a new product road map strategic plan to support product and category growth.
- Communicate go-to-market strategy to the organization, including cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
