Echo & Vine Creative is a boutique social media and marketing content studio serving clients across wellness, food, beauty, and lifestyle. We're looking for a part-time content collaborator who can jump in across the full content process from concept to creation to post.
Role Description
A social media and creative coordinator ready to grow with us as fast as we're growing. We're a small, ambitious creative studio and we’re looking for someone who brings the same energy to client work that they bring to their own.
About the Role
• Collaborate closely with our two-person team on strategy, creative, and new ideas
• Shoot and edit short-form video and photo content for Instagram and TikTok with us on location with clients (the workflow is hybrid, but must be local to Pasadena/Los Angeles to be on set for client shoots)
• Create written content, captions, carousels, scripts, and copy
• Be a friendly face for clients: warm, professional, reliable
• Light admin support + client communications
Qualifications
• You're a digital native. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc: you’ve used them, you get them, you actually enjoy creating.
• You have an eye for what stops the scroll, can easily identify trends but are passionate about the cinema of visual storytelling.
• You're a self-starter who can get things done, but asks questions without shame.
• You have a sense of humor and can be playful but professional with clients and teammates alike.
• You're not precious about your ideas and can take direction without losing your spark.
• You have your strong suit, but you’re deeply curious about things you don’t know.
• You’re excited to grow the skills you don’t have yet while working with us.
• Photography and video experience.
• Graphic design experience preffered.
• Bachelors in related field preferred but not required.
No specific industry experience required. Whether you've worked with brands or you’re just passionate about making engaging, creative content, we want to see it!
