Title: Global Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Support execution of social media content and channel strategy across global platforms
- Manage social media operations and administrative functions, including channel access, tool management, onboarding support, and documentation of best practices
- Partner with social strategists to support project organization, intake workflows, and cross-functional requests
- Oversee and improve intake processes and communication policies
- Support organic and paid strategies to grow and engage existing and prospective audiences
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in social media, online communities, digital marketing, or related field
- Experience using social media management and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, Spiketrap)
- Familiarity with major global social platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Twitch, WhatsApp)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
