Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage Rarifly’s presence across key social platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content that aligns with brand guidelines and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media calendars, writing and designing posts, collaborating with designers or other stakeholders, and ensuring consistency in voice and messaging. The role involves monitoring platform analytics, tracking campaign performance, and using insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions. The specialist will also respond to comments and messages, support community building, coordinate with the broader marketing team on digital campaigns, and stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience running campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, basic visual design, and adapting content to different platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and how social media supports broader brand and growth objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and professional engagement with online communities.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Familiarity with basic graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
