About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communication-driven Content Coordinator to support our marketing team across e-commerce content, paid ads, photography, video, and social media projects.
This role plays a key part in bringing creative ideas to life by managing the logistics, communication, timelines, and details that keep content projects moving smoothly from pre-production through final delivery. The ideal candidate understands how quickly creative projects can shift, how important follow-through is, and how to work with both in-house team members and external freelancers in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate content production projects across e-commerce images, videos, paid ads, and social media assets from pre-production through final delivery
- Support project planning by organizing timelines, shot lists, creative references, production notes, deliverables, and approval steps
- Communicate with freelancers, in-house creatives, editors, photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing team members to keep projects moving smoothly
- Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks, and proactively flag potential delays, missing information, or unclear next steps
- Assist with shoot preparation, including content briefs, product needs, schedules, props, locations, talent details, and production logistics when needed
- Manage post-production coordination, including asset handoff, feedback tracking, revision rounds, approval status, and final file delivery
- Keep creative assets, project documents, production notes, and final files organized and accessible for the team
- Help ensure all project information is accurate, up to date, and clearly shared with the right stakeholders
- Support urgent project needs and adapt quickly when timelines, priorities, creative direction, or production details change
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day creative coordination and content operation needs
Required Competencies:

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, production, e-commerce, advertising, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or social media environment preferred
- Previous experience as a marketing coordinator, production coordinator, creative coordinator, social media coordinator, project coordinator, or similar role is a plus
- Hands-on experience supporting photo, video, digital content, paid ads, or social media production is preferred
- Familiarity with managing timelines, creative briefs, shot lists, revision notes, asset folders, and content deliverables
- Comfortable working with editors, designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, freelancers, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Monday.com, Asana, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred
- Responsive and responsible with time-sensitive communication, including urgent messages or project updates outside standard work hours when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, consumer products, or DTC brands
- Understanding of paid ads, social media content, short-form video, and e-commerce visual assets
- Strong interest in creative production, marketing, visual storytelling, and brand content
- Ability to anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and help prevent projects from falling behind
- Comfortable working in an environment where each day may look different and priorities may shift quickly
