Overview
We’re actively seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Brand Marketing Coordinator with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our team in Los Angeles, supporting our brand, retail, and PR initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile (2-3 Years Relevant Experience)
- Highly organized with 2-3 years of experience managing multiple timelines, priorities, and details simultaneously—proven track record of delivering tasks accurately and on time, with uncompromising attention to detail.
- Proactive and excellent communicator with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally, keeping teams aligned on goals, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
- Genuine passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and retail experiences, with 2-3 years of exposure to brand building strategies and customer touchpoint optimization.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy setting—experienced in adapting to shifting priorities, problem-solving, and delivering results with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to brand campaigns and storytelling efforts, drawing on 2-3 years of experience to help translate creative concepts into tangible, impactful experiences across all customer touchpoints.
- Own retail marketing initiatives, leveraging prior experience to support store openings, plan and execute in-store activations, manage signage, and ensure consistent brand presence in retail locations.
- Coordinate effectively with our PR agency, using 2-3 years of relevant experience to manage product sends, track media coverage, and support PR events (preparation, execution, and follow-up) efficiently.
- Assist in and contribute to the execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, drawing on experience to ensure consistency in messaging, assets, and campaign performance.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate assets across cross-functional teams (design, retail, PR, etc.)—proven experience in keeping complex initiatives on track and resolving bottlenecks.
Preferred Qualifications (a plus)
- Specialized experience in fashion, PR, or retail marketing (beyond the 2-3 years of core experience).
- Experience supporting events, in-store activations, or brand pop-ups.
- Familiarity with PR processes, including sample tracking, press recaps, media outreach, or coverage reporting.
