Position Overview
HYBE America is seeking a passionate, culturally attuned, and detail-oriented intern to join our Digital Marketing team within HYBE Label Services. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes music, digital culture, and fandom, and is eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of entertainment, content, and community.
This is a hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of artist fandoms and identify creative ways to authentically engage and grow these communities
- Support the ideation and execution of innovative digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms
- Assist with artist research, market analysis, and performance reporting to inform campaign strategy
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistency and alignment across key platforms (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Triller)
- Stay on top of digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team
- Create content frameworks and “skeletons” tailored to each artist’s voice, audience, and brand identity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, and Partnerships
- Develop and organize key marketing materials such as one-sheets, consumer insights, and campaign assets (online and offline)
- Maintain and update release calendars and provide regular updates to internal and external partners
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of major social and digital platforms, including:
- Instagram / Meta
- TikTok
- X
- YouTube
- Triller
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A genuine passion for music, pop culture, and digital communities
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or video editing tools
- Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content

Compensation
This role is paid on an hourly basis, with up to 35 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is $17.81 per hour, in accordance with the Santa Monica minimum wage at the time of posting. This role does not include additional benefits or other compensatory components.
