Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of localized theatrical trailers and digital international marketing materials for global campaigns
- Manage administrative functions for digital asset management platforms, ensuring accurate organization and accessibility of assets
- Coordinate sourcing and administration of original version (OV) assets to support international market research needs
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain localization schedules aligned with campaign milestones
- Support vendor delivery timelines, ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and on schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, media operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
