We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, communication, and multitasking, and is eager to support project goals and deliverables effectively. As a valued team member, you will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely results.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and milestones.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and detailed meeting notes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
• Track project deliverables, deadlines, and action items to ensure progress remains on schedule.
• Communicate updates clearly and effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and maintaining expense documentation.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and recommend follow-up actions to keep projects on course.
• Support master scheduling efforts to optimize project workflows.
• Contribute to the management of construction projects by monitoring timelines and scanning relevant documentation.
• Proven experience in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Familiarity with construction project workflows and processes.
• Strong skills in master scheduling and organizational planning.
• Proficiency in document scanning and maintaining detailed records.
• Background in project management or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to identify risks and proactively propose solutions.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
