Role Description
Swiss Ice Co. is seeking a full-time Content Creation/Admin Assistant to join our on-site team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves creating and planning content for the companies' growing social media platforms, and assisting with the offices administrative tasks.
We're looking for someone who is apt to become a face of the company, to show up in brand content Online and potentially host live stream auctions on our selling platforms. This a luxury brand, and we would like to have another face to communicate that to audiences.
CONTENT CREATION:
SELF-STARTER: Sharing new content ideas for the team, looking for inspiration, finding new avenues to engage audiences. Fluent in social media and brand messaging
EFFICIENT: Editing and shooting high-quality content on potentially quick turnarounds.
ADAPTABLE: Able to adapt creative direction to the company's brand and audience
PROFESSIONAL: Shooting high-quality content with DSLRs and iPhones, editing content on CAPCUT, DAVINCI, PERMIERE, etc. Also creating Graphics with Canva, Photoshop, etc, for our feeds.
ORGANIZED: Maintaining an organized shooting and publishing schedule
ADMIN ASSISTANT:
- Assisting with packaging and shipping when needed
- Preparing product listings for weekly live auctions
- Maintaining organized inventory, organizing & attending company meetings
- Team Player, shifting between creative and operational tasks when needed assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office operations, managing phone communication, and supporting executive-level responsibilities. In addition, the position requires creating and managing content and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in content creation or social media management
- Video editing Skills (Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Strong understanding of the short-form medium
- Interest in Luxury goods, watches, fashion, or e-commerce is a plus
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Communication, Phone-etiquette, customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is desirable
