We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Growth Manager to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion and retention, optimizing the customer journey, and protecting brand equity within a regulated supplement environment.
You will act as the strategic operator of our Shopify ecosystem — leading experimentation, analyzing performance data, auditing agency execution, and implementing growth initiatives across advertising, CRO, and lifecycle marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a growth operator: analytical, proactive, and obsessed with optimization. Position is Hybrid after 90 days.
Key responsibilities
- Own Shopify store performance — conversion rate, AOV, retention, and LTV
- Develop and execute CRO strategies: landing page testing, PDP optimization, funnel improvements
- Audit and guide agency advertising strategy across Meta & Google with a focus on profitable growth
- Oversee lifecycle marketing: email/SMS flows, subscriber experience, and retention programs
- Manage TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystem to drive incremental revenue
- Provide support on additional marketplaces such as Amazon, as needed
- Analyze daily/weekly platform performance and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and profitability
- Collaborate with operations to align inventory, fulfillment, and promotional strategy
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Stay ahead of Shopify trends, tools, and competitor strategies
- Stay current with marketplace trends and competitors to communicate impacts and opportunities to the team.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years hands-on Shopify management with measurable growth results
- A passion for women’s health and experience in supplements or regulated consumer products preferred
- Proven success improving conversion rates and DTC profitability
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Shopify analytics, GA4, or Triple Whale
- Experience managing agencies and holding partners accountable to performance
- Familiarity with CRO testing frameworks and growth experimentation
- Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and results-focused
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- TikTok Shop experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

Pay: $58,820.87 - $70,838.04 per year
