Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Merchandising & Product Development Associate based in Miami, FL, for a hybrid role with an option to work remotely part-time. This position involves overseeing the product lifecycle, supporting the development of new products, analyzing market trends, managing projects, and maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams. The associate will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless execution of merchandising and product development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Product Development and Product Lifecycle Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to assess performance metrics and market trends
- Effective Communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
- Experience in Project Management, including meeting deadlines and managing resources effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Design
