Mechanical Project Engineer
Millies Engineering Group is seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to apply engineering and problem-solving skills toward the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems in new and existing buildings and facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience across a variety of project types, including schools, healthcare, commercial offices, retail, and multi-family facilities.
- Proven background in HVAC system design (hydronic, air distribution, and building automation), along with cost estimating, specification writing, and construction administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Project management experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, multi-discipline team environment.
- Revit MEP experience required.
- EIT or PE preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
