What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from clients seeking tax relief solutions
- Conduct consultative conversations to identify needs and present options
- Close confidently and ethically while helping clients move forward
- Work closely with leadership and case managers to ensure client success
- Consistently hit — and exceed — performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Competitive sales mindset with a coachable attitude
- Comfort using CRMs and basic computer tools
- Sales or call-center experience is a plus, not required
Ideal backgrounds include:
Call centers, auto sales, collections, mortgage or loan sales, real estate, debt settlement, tax relief, telemarketing, or student loan sales.
