This a work from home position, but we do require you reside in Phoenix AZ.
Position Overview:
We are hiring a driven and dedicated Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, guide customers through the buying process, and close sales over the phone or through video chat. This is a remote, work-from-home position with flexible scheduling, but it does require at least 40 hours per week. All leads are provided through our CRM — no cold calling necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up with inbound leads through our CRM
- Educate customers on our product offerings and installation process
- Close sales via phone, email, and video meetings
- Maintain detailed records of communication and sales activity
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals to unlock bonus opportunities

Requirements:
