What’s the job?
Lofty is seeking an organized, confident, and proactive Sales Coordinator to help drive our fast-growing sales organization. You’ll be the bridge between interested prospects and our sales team - ensuring every demo is intentional, qualified, and set up for success.
By confirming appointments, asking smart qualifying questions, and rebooking missed demos, you’ll play a direct role in strengthening our pipeline and driving revenue. As one of the first voices prospects hear, you’ll shape their first impression of Lofty and set the foundation for strong sales conversations.
- Call prospects who have demos scheduled for the next day to confirm, qualify, and get them excited.
- Reconnect with prospects who missed their demos and help reschedule.
- Update HubSpot and keep lead data clean and organized.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Development and Inside Sales teams to identify strong opportunities and flag unqualified or cold leads.
- Monitor demo calendars to ensure optimal scheduling and lead distribution across sales reps.
- Jump in on sales admin, operations, and marketing projects that help the team move faster and smarter.
- Leverage powerful AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to increase productivity.
What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to ramp up quickly and connect with your team. Once performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week.
What’s the earning potential ($$$)?
First-year earnings? This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $45,000 and a 20% bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Strong, confident verbal communication and phone etiquette skills with a professional, friendly demeanor. (You love talking to people and feel confident on the phone!)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. (You enjoy keeping everything on track and don’t let things slip through the cracks!)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. (You don’t wait to be told what to do - you jump in, take ownership, and like hitting targets!)
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus). (You’re tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems, and not intimidated by dashboards or data!)
- Reliable, accountable, and motivated by helping the team succeed. (You show up, follow through, and take pride in being someone your team can count on!)
- High level of comfort speaking with customers and handling objections. (You don’t shy away from tough conversations — you stay calm, confident, and solution-focused!)
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service, inside sales support, or administrative coordination preferred.
