Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Phoenix, AZ.
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing account relationships, driving product placement, and supporting overall market growth across designated territories. This role involves executing in-market activities such as tastings, events, and promotions, while maintaining consistent brand representation.
Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, supporting existing accounts, and contributing to sales strategy execution. The position requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or hospitality
- On-premise and off-premise experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic schedule and work independently
- Experience with tastings, events, or brand activations
- Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Arizona Title 4 Certification required
