Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of our subscription-based booking platform designed for service businesses such as barbershops, salons, wellness providers, tattoo studios, and other appointment-based professionals.
The platform provides online booking, calendar management, automated reminders, payment processing, client management, and business growth tools that help service providers improve operations and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and social media
- Present platform features and subscription benefits to prospective clients
- Convert prospects into active monthly or annual subscribers
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads throughout the sales cycle
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and retention
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred
- Experience in SaaS, subscription services, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation activities
- Organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential based on performance. Compensation is directly tied to subscription sales generated and client retention performance.
