You’ll own the lead-to-lease process for your assigned locations: responding quickly to inquiries, building relationships, conducting tours, following up relentlessly, asking for the close, and helping beauty and wellness professionals grow their businesses inside beautiful, premium salon suite spaces.
The right person is proactive, confident, organized, and energized by results. You know that leads don’t close themselves; people close them. You enjoy building a pipeline, creating urgency without pressure, and staying consistent even when the answer isn’t “yes” yet.
You’ll be measured by signed leases, occupancy growth, follow-up discipline, tour conversion, and the quality of Partners you bring into the business.
Compensation includes a competitive base plus performance bonuses for new Partners, self-sourced deals, Partner expansions, and assigned locations reaching 95%+ occupancy.
