Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tempe, AZ, for a Sales Development Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating qualified leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. The role requires proficiency in initiating conversations with prospective clients, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to the overall success of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Demonstrated Communication and Sales expertise, including building relationships and delivering compelling pitches.
- Experience in Business Development, with a focus on driving growth and meeting revenue goals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
