Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
● Review project plans & jobsites and develop bid proposals for commercial landscape and irrigation projects, which entails thorough measuring and counting of the landscape plant material, photographing sites, putting together maps, completing all sales documentation for review and internal approval, etc.
● Prepare lists of leads and prospects to reach out to every week for potential sales opportunities
● Attend pre bid meetings, along with presenting final bid in person
● Attend events, lunch and learns, and other sales related events as directed by department manager
● Keep up-to-date and accurate pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors.
● Utilize and follow our estimating software to present data and insights to management.
● Uphold and model the highest standards of ethics and integrity in your work.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Experience in estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects within the landscaping industry.
● Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
● Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
● Self motivated and go getter mentality to pursue leads and close deals
Additional Skills That Would Be Beneficial:
● Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
● Effective oral and written communication abilities.
● Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
● Customer service experience.
● Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus, but not required
● Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off software is a plus.
