We are looking for an enthusiastic, self driven / motivated Business Developer with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow across the Phoenix Valley. This person comes with direct HVAC commercial sales experience.
What you will be doing:
- Seek out, create, cultivate and maintain a positive and profitable relationship with new clients
- Grow our business off existing customers / leads
- Grow our business off new, self-generated leads
- Work from home or in an office / work independently or in a team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales and account management, commercial HVAC
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Business and Residential sales and business development strategies
- Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Ability to conduct cold calling and product demos
- Knowledge of retail sales and sales management techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and technology sales experience
The successful candidate will be:
