JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll represent our clients’ brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns. You’ll be the face of the brand — engaging customers, building trust, and driving results. This role blends event marketing, sales leadership, and client representation, making it ideal for confident communicators who want to grow into leadership roles.
You’ll work directly with clients and internal leaders to execute campaigns, hit performance targets, and ensure every event runs at a high level. This is not a desk job — it’s interactive, competitive, and people-driven.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take charge of customer interactions and own the sales experience
- Deliver bold, high-impact product demos that convert
- Drive upsells, promotions, and team performance metrics
- Set the standard for presentation, displays, and event execution
- Step up as a go-to leader on the floor — coach, motivate, and problem-solve
- Support operations including inventory, setup, and breakdown
