Role Overview
We are seeking a Wholesale ECOM Manager to oversee and grow our digital wholesale business, with a primary focus on B2B sales channels. This role is operationally driven, with a strong emphasis on inventory management, drop-ship execution, and wholesale assortment optimization.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing inventory flow and platform operations within a wholesale environment. Experience in fashion or fine jewelry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day B2B e-commerce operations
- Own inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and stock accuracy
- Monitor inventory flow across wholesale accounts and drop-ship partners
- Optimize online wholesale assortment and product presentation
- Identify inventory gaps, excess stock, and margin risks
- Oversee drop-ship logistics, certifications, and quality control
- Track performance metrics across wholesale accounts
- Partner with sales to align inventory levels with key account demand
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience managing wholesale or B2B e-commerce channels
- Background in fashion or jewelry (fine jewelry preferred)
- Strong expertise in inventory management and operational control
- Experience with drop-ship models and order management systems
- Familiarity with Rithum, or similar platforms
- Highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused
