Concept Solutions is hiring an IT Project Coordinator to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position supports project lifecycle activities including project initiation, planning, execution, deliverables, and closure,
Requirements:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects in coordination with I&O management
- Assist I&O with definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and deliver full-scale project plans and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Create, manage, and disburse reports related to projects, workload, and resource management metrics
- Support the monitoring and assessment of Customer Requests and Incidents originating from the FAA IT Service Center
- Ensure I&O incidents are assigned to the correct queues and team members for response
- Communicate and escalate issues with incident assignments to team members and I&O management
- Participate in customer service workflow and processes including customer communication to validate requests for services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or IT Management; two (2) years of relevant experience in project control duties including project scheduling, planning, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, and status monitoring.
Education/Experience Substitutions
The following substitutions may be considered at the Government's discretion:
- A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
- A Master's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- For positions requiring a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma plus four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be generally adequate.
Work Location and Schedule
- Primary Location: Oklahoma City, OK
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, core hours 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time
- Telework may be permitted when determined to be in the best interest of the Government
- FAA Personnel Suitability clearance required (AMS 3.14-2)
