Blended Threads LLC has grown from taking local orders, to serving customers across Oklahoma, and now fulfilling orders outside of Oklahoma as well. Because of this continued growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our production team.
Position
Custom Apparel Production Specialist
(Screen Printing Embroidery Graphic Design)
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in one of the following areas:
Screen Printing – press setup, registration, inks, and production runs Embroidery – machine operation, hooping, troubleshooting (digitizing knowledge is a plus)
Graphic Design for Apparel – vector artwork, print-ready files, separations
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in one area and willing to assist in the others when needed.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with or run screen printing production Operate embroidery machines and prepare garments
Create or prepare artwork for production when needed Prep, organize, fold, and package apparel orders
Maintain a clean and organized work environment Help keep production running efficiently and on schedule
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on production position. Applicants must:
Clean up after themselves and maintain an organized workspace Be able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Be comfortable working in hot and cold conditions, including cleaning screens at an outdoor wash bay Be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
Pay
Pay will be based on experience and skill level.
Higher pay opportunities may be available for candidates with strong experience in screen printing, embroidery, or graphic design, especially those with experience using CorelDRAW, managing apparel production workflows, or handling customer orders from start to finish.

Applicants must be able to pass a background check. Theft related offenses or past drug or alcohol related offenses may be considered depending on how long ago they occurred and the overall circumstances, as we believe people can change and are willing to give second chances in appropriate situations. However, convictions involving crimes against children or vulnerable individuals will disqualify applicants.
Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
