Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Dental Lab CAD Designer to join our in-person team in Montrose, CO.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality removable restorations and wants to grow within a modern, fully digital lab environment. This role is primarily focused on digital denture and removable prosthetic design with crown/bridge design support as needed. You will design digital dentures and removable prosthetics using advanced CAD software while ensuring each case meets our functional and esthetic quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design full and partial dentures using CAD software
- Interpret digital impressions, scans, bite records, and prescriptions
- Prepare and verify files for 3D printing and/or milling
- Provide crown/bridge design support
- Maintain consistent turnaround times and production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CAD design experience in a dental lab
- Preferred knowledge of 3Shape (strong exocad candidates can be considered)
- Crown/bridge CAD experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Montrose, CO
