We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a detail-driven, creative, and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to help drive our digital presence forward.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Newtown PA. Remote work is not available for this role.
The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving revenue and customer engagement across Dionis’s owned digital channels. This position manages email and SMS marketing, supports Shopify website operations, and ensures flawless execution of promotions and campaigns.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver timely, accurate, and on-brand digital experiences that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Shopify Management
- Manage day-to-day content updates on Shopify platforms
- Ensure site content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand and promotional priorities
- Support product launches, assortment updates, and seasonal refreshes
- Assist with site merchandising, navigation updates, and promotional placements to optimize conversion
Email & SMS Marketing
- Own execution of all email and SMS campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional messaging
- Build, schedule, and deploy campaigns according to the marketing calendar
- Ensure messaging reflects brand voice and sales objectives
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and calendars
Promotions & Campaign Planning
- Create and execute digital promotions for key sales moments and launches
- Partner with Marketing and E-Commerce leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals
- Coordinate promotions across website, email, and SMS for consistency and accuracy
Content Management & Quality Control
- Ensure all digital content (banners, landing pages, emails, SMS) is accurate and launches on time
- Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams on promotional assets
- Regularly audit digital touchpoints to identify errors or improvement opportunities
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign and promotional performance against KPIs
- Support reporting on revenue, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Use insights to inform future campaigns and optimization efforts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with E-Commerce, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Support testing initiatives, platform enhancements, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Experience executing email and/or SMS campaigns (Klaviyo experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with basic e-commerce analytics and reporting
- Experience supporting promotional calendars and revenue-driven initiative
