About The Role
Excelsior Care Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Digital Media Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design impactful marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, web graphics, presentations, and advertisements
- Develop engaging visual content for social media platforms
- Create compelling captions and schedule posts with strategic hashtags
- Enhance and edit images with logos, text, and graphics for public distribution
- Collaborate with print and promotional vendors to ensure seamless production
- Utilize UX/UI principles to enhance website and digital user experiences
- Partner with the Director of Branding and Regional Marketers on corporate initiatives
- Contribute to strategic marketing plan development from a visual perspective
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain deliverables and timelines using project management tools
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams
- Stay current with design trends and industry best practices
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
- Ability to design for both print and digital formats
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Creative thinker with strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in healthcare or nursing home marketing preferred
