Seeking a Junior Graphic Designer plays a key supporting role within the creative team, assisting with the development and production of visual materials across print, digital, presentation, and multimedia platforms. The position is production-focused and involves collaborating closely with senior designers and internal teams to deliver polished, on-brand materials under established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of:
- Business presentations (PowerPoint and similar platforms)
- Printed collateral including brochures, invitations, signage, flyers, and informational graphics
- Digital graphics for internal communications, email campaigns, and web-based platforms
- Execute layout revisions and design updates in alignment with established brand standards.
- Assist with multimedia content, including:
- Basic motion graphics and animated presentation elements
- Entry-level video editing and formatting
- Preparing visual materials for events, digital screens, and online distribution
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, demonstrating understanding of file specifications, resolution, and color settings.
- Support light production tasks such as in-house printing, assembly, trimming, binding, and quality checks as needed.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and project files.
- Partner with team members to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
- Provide general administrative or operational support to the department when required.
- Comply with all confidentiality, information security, and data protection standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Acrobat
- Strong PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exposure to basic multimedia tools (e.g., video editing or animation software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is preferred.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals including typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Portfolio required at time of application.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or related discipline, or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, which may include internships or entry-level professional design roles.
