Position Summary
We are growing and we have an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bloomfield, NM! This role will lead the technical implementation of our high-specification product lines. This position focuses on the execution, oversight, and refinement of established electrical designs. The successful candidate will ensure that sophisticated engineering plans are translated into high-performance, compliant equipment with absolute precision.
Primary Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Direct the transition of existing electrical schematics and engineering specifications from the design phase to physical production.
- Implementation & Assembly Support: Lead the electrical assembly process for high-spec equipment, providing real-time technical solutions to the manufacturing team.
- Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct rigorous audits of physical builds against established electrical plans to ensure 100% adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Vendor & Component Management: Oversee the procurement and technical verification of specified electrical components, ensuring all sourced materials meet the rigorous standards defined in the BOM.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiencies within the electrical build process to improve throughput without compromising the high-spec integrity of the equipment.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update documentation, ensuring any field changes or implementation adjustments are accurately recorded.
Professional Qualifications
- Academic Background: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Technical Experience: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically focused on the implementation, testing, or commissioning of complex electrical systems.
- Core Competencies: Mastery in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
