We are a growing healthcare practice seeking a disciplined and growth-minded individual to join our team as a Marketing & Lead Coordinator.
This is an entry-level, in-office position. No prior healthcare experience is required. Formal education beyond high school is not required. We welcome individuals seeking a career transition from customer service, client management, hospitality, retail leadership, or other client-facing roles.
We value character, work ethic, communication skills, and coachability over credentials or industry experience.
You will be trained to execute marketing tasks and manage structured follow-up of incoming leads with consistency and precision.
This role combines marketing execution with disciplined lead management. You will be responsible for timely responses, consistent follow-up, accurate CRM documentation, and moving leads through the pipeline toward scheduled consultations.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
- Support Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Capture in-office photo and video content
- Assist with website and blog updates (training provided)
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and report weekly
Lead & Pipeline Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all new incoming leads
- Call, text, and email leads using a structured follow-up system
- Schedule consultations
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
- Track lead movement through the pipeline
- Provide weekly lead performance reports using Excel and basic visual summaries
This position requires consistency, accountability, and daily execution.

- Confident and fluent on the phone with leads; able to think quickly, communicate clearly, guide conversations professionally, and handle objections with composure

- Data-driven and comfortable tracking performance metrics
- Willing to provide structured weekly reports using Excel and basic visual metrics

Compensation
Hourly pay based on qualifications and work ethic.
