- Ensure pre-season strategies translate into effective executions across all digital and in-store channels, including site, social, email, and paid media, for a holistic go-to-market approach across various product categories.
- Maintain and update content calendars, preparing for weekly briefings with channel and creative partners.
- Identify and act on fast-chase trend and cultural relevance opportunities, including amplifying influencer content with agility.
- Support the strategy and execution of digital content experiences, partnering with digital merchandising teams.
- **Performance Analysis & Promotional Communications:**
- Participate in in-season business meetings, contributing to actions derived from performance reviews.
- Assist in compiling overarching seasonal performance insights and developing consolidated marketing perspectives to inform future strategies.
- Drive promotional storytelling strategies, including the integration of promotional incentives, ensuring best practices are applied across all marketing touchpoints.
- **Special Projects & Brand Alignment:**
- Support the execution of special projects that connect marketing brand strategy goals with seasonal storytelling.
- Assist with in-store visual execution and events as needed.
- Contribute to pre-season storytelling initiatives.
- Must-Have Qualifications:**
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, including internships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
