Brand Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, NYC-based, with the ability to visit Marky’s / Huso NYC locations at least three (3) times per week.
Schedule: Full-time, five (5) days per week. Must be available to be on-site with advance notice on select weekends for special events and holiday activations, and to be on-site at Huso for dinner service at least once (1x) per week (5 PM - 9 PM).

Position Overview
The Brand Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across Marky’s retail locations, ecommerce business, and Huso restaurant. This role is responsible for coordinating retail promotions, creating and executing email marketing campaigns, publishing and deploying social media content, capturing real-time Instagram Story content, and supporting overall marketing operations.
The Brand Marketing Coordinator works closely with the ecommerce marketing team, Strategy Manager, PR partners, Marky’s lead photographer/designer, and Marky’s freelance Creative Strategist, who leads creative direction and content creation, in-feed content strategy, and community engagement.
This role owns the organization, coordination, and operational deployment of creative assets across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, ecommerce, and retail channels. Responsibilities include managing professional content libraries, coordinating influencer and collaboration assets, publishing approved content via Sprout Social, and ensuring marketing campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
The Brand Marketing Coordinator also serves as a key operational bridge between creative, marketing, ecommerce, and restaurant teams, ensuring content and campaigns are properly organized, communicated, and deployed across channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and creatively minded, with a strong interest in luxury brands, hospitality, and ecommerce.
This position is designed with a clear growth path into a Brand Marketing Manager role as the candidate develops increased ownership and leadership over time.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Publishing & Content Deployment (Sprout Social or Similar Experience Required)
- Schedule and publish approved in-feed content across Marky’s and Huso social media accounts using Sprout Social
- Publish ecommerce product launches, retail initiatives, and brand campaigns using creative assets sourced from the Creative Strategist and internal teams
- Coordinate procurement, organization, and readiness of creative assets to ensure timely and accurate deployment
- Maintain publishing calendars and ensure alignment with campaign timelines
Note: The Creative Strategist leads creative direction, content creation, and community engagement. The Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible for content organization, scheduling, and publishing.
Real-Time Story Content Capture & Publishing
- Capture and publish real-time Story content from Marky’s retail locations, Huso, and brand initiatives, including dinner service, product launches, retail activity, and events
- Document day-to-day brand activity to support ongoing storytelling and social media presence
- Ensure Story content aligns with brand standards and creative guidance from the Creative Strategist
Email Marketing Execution (Mailchimp Required)
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns for Huso and Marky’s retail locations, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and menu announcements via MailChimp
- Manage email lists, segmentation, scheduling, and campaign deployment
- Coordinate email campaigns with product launches and marketing initiatives
- Maintain organized email calendars and campaign records
Creative Asset Coordination & Content Management
- Coordinate with Marky’s lead photographer and design team, Creative Strategist, and ecommerce team to procure and organize creative assets
- Maintain structured libraries of professional, campaign, influencer, and collaboration content
- Coordinate photoshoots and content production logistics, including scheduling, product preparation, and asset delivery
- Ensure assets are properly organized and accessible for deployment across marketing channels
Paid Media Creative Asset Preparation & Coordination
- Gather and prepare creative assets for paid media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and other advertising channels
- Select, resize, and format approved creative assets according to platform specifications
- Organize and maintain structured folders of paid media creative assets
- Deliver finalized creative asset packages to the ecommerce and web teams on a monthly basis
- Coordinate asset delivery timelines to align with product launches and campaign schedules
Note: Paid media strategy, platform management, and campaign execution are owned by the ecommerce and web teams. The Brand Marketing Coordinator supports creative asset preparation and delivery only.
Influencer, Collaboration & UGC Coordination
- Coordinate with the Creative Strategist to organize and manage influencer and collaboration content deliverables
- Maintain organized records of influencer, partner, and collaboration content
- Support operational coordination of influencer gifting and content tracking
Retail & Ecommerce Marketing Coordination
- Execute retail and restaurant marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, gift launches, product releases, retail activations, and special events
- Support rollout and promotion of ecommerce product launches across social media, email marketing, and paid channels
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and asset readiness across internal teams and external partners
- Maintain and update retail marketing materials, including signage, menus, brochures, and promotional collateral
Campaign Coordination & Marketing Operations
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across retail, restaurant, and ecommerce channels
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and asset readiness
- Assist with execution of brand events, collaborations, and retail activations
- Serve as a coordination point between ownership, ecommerce team, PR partners, Strategy Manager, Creative Strategist, and retail and restaurant teams
Social Media Monitoring & Customer Service Escalation
- Monitor social media inboxes, comments, and notifications across Marky’s and Huso platforms
- Escalate customer service inquiries to support@markys.com and appropriate internal teams
- Flag influencer, press, partnership, and VIP engagement opportunities to the Creative Strategist and ownership
Note: Community engagement and direct responses are led by the Creative Strategist.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, ecommerce marketing, or hospitality marketing.
- NYC-based, with the ability to visit Marky’s / Huso NYC locations at least three (3) times per week
- Must be available to be on-site with advance notice on select weekends for special events and holiday activations, and to be on-site at Huso for dinner service at least once (1x) per week (5 PM - 9 PM)
- Hands-on experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform
- Experience using Sprout Social or similar social media management platform
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with Marky’s team members across functions
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, retail, ecommerce, or food & beverage brands
- Experience managing creative assets and coordinating marketing content
- Basic photography and video capture skills using iPhone or similar tools
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in brand storytelling
- Experience working alongside photographers, designers, or creative teams
Promotion path to Brand Marketing Manager within a year upon successful completion of duties + performance review.
