POSITION: Social & Influencer Marketing Coordinator

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
MUTHA is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Social & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support and grow our creator and community ecosystem.
This is an entry-level role with meaningful ownership and room for growth. You will work closely with the Manager, Social & Influencer to execute creator partnerships, manage gifting and affiliate programs, and help bring campaigns to life across social platforms.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is obsessed with social media, deeply understands the creator landscape, and is excited to learn how influencer marketing drives both brand awareness and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Outreach
· Research and identify creators aligned with MUTHA’s luxury positioning, aesthetic, and audience
· Build and maintain organized prospect lists across nano, micro, and mid-tier talent
· Support outreach efforts including gifting, paid partnerships, and affiliate recruitment
· Help track responses, negotiations, and partnership details
Gifting & Seeding Execution
· Coordinate product seeding initiatives including managing mailing lists, organizing product shipments, and tracking deliveries and content posting
· Maintain accurate influencer database and communication logs
Affiliate Program Support
· Assist in recruiting creators into commission-based partnerships
· Track affiliate codes, links, and performance
· Help identify top-performing partners for scaling opportunities
Content & Campaign Support
· Assist in developing and distributing creator briefs
· Ensure deliverables are submitted on time and aligned with brand guidelines
· Organize and archive creator content for internal use
Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Compile weekly and monthly reports on engagement, sales attribution, affiliate performance, and campaign results
· Support insights gathering to help refine future campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Social team on content strategy
· Partner with Performance team on whitelisting opportunities
· Partner with Brand team to ensure messaging consistency
What We're Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (or relevant internship experience)
· 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or brand marketing (internships count)
· Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator culture
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
· Eager to learn performance metrics and affiliate marketing
· High initiative and proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told twice
Nice to Have:
· Internship experience at a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand
· Experience using influencer platforms (ShopMy, LTK, GRIN, etc.)
· Basic understanding of affiliate marketing or performance marketing
· Passion for skincare and luxury brand positioning
