About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team and support the visual ecosystem across Dr. Idriss, Idriss Dermatology, and Dr. Shereene Idriss. This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is tapped into the beauty world, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a fast-moving startup environment.
You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life across static, social, video, and print, helping ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
Execute design assets across multiple formats including:
- Organic and paid social media (static + motion)
- Video content (short-form, edits, exports)
- Print materials (packaging, inserts, event collateral)
- Digital assets for web, email, and campaigns
- Sephora visual merchandising
- Packaging, following strict packaging guidelines
Assist in translating creative direction and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand visuals
Support video editing needs, including basic motion graphics, trimming, and formatting for social platforms
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay tapped into beauty, skincare, and cultural trends to inform creative execution
Assist in production of videography and photography
Who You Are
College degree in Graphic Design or 1+ year of tangible, relevant work experience
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Passionate about beauty, skincare, and visual storytelling
Comfortable taking direction and executing efficiently while maintaining high creative standards
Excited to be part of a startup and help build the brand in real time
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects and Premiere Pro strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Figma (UX/UI) recommended.
Video editing experience for social and digital platforms
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to execute across static, social, video, and print
Comfortable working in-office 2 days per week
